Going on trek and that too in rainy season can make you have health issues like migraine, headache or other problems such as cold or skin problems also. So for a safe side always carry medicines at your trek which includes common cold medicines like DOLO, Combiflam, Crocin or other which you feel well after taking it.
Also carry repellants like mosquito repellant or leech repellant so that during camping at trek won’t bother you from mosquitos and leech and always cover your full body at camping so that you don’t leave any space to enter the insects in your body.
Extra pair of Clothes & Socks :-
Always carry extra clothes whether you are going on monsoon trek or normal mountain treks. Extra clothes sometimes help very much in case of damaging the clothes during treks. And if we talk about monsoon trek then always carry light and quick dry clothes so that you can change clothes whenever you stay at a campsite.
Also take some more pairs of socks and if possible take the waterproof socks and good quality so that you can trek easily and without any stress if your socks go wet while trekking.
Extra Pair of Undergarments :-
Taking extra undergarments will keep you safe and stress free enjoyment for treks so you can use them whenever you are getting wet in rain.
Torch or Head lamp :-
Always carry one or more lighting devices like torch or head lamp so that you can use them in night trekking or at a camp site for a safer side.
