I acknowledge that I have read and fully agree with the terms and conditions of Trekomania Adventures. I am solely responsible for any injury or accident (minor/fatal) that occurs during the camp. Trekomania Adventures and its partner organizations are not responsible for any such incidents/accidents that take place as mentioned below. I also understand the risks associated with wild animals and dangerous water bodies near the campsite.

Trekomania Adventures is one of the leading adventure tourism companies. We offer camping, trekking, and leisure tours in various locations across India. Trekomania Adventures has been operational since 2016, providing exceptional services and successfully serving over 4500+ clients every year.
Participant Rules & Regulations
As a tour and trek operator, we expect a high level of discipline from all participants.
All participants must follow the trip rules, timings, and code of conduct throughout the trip and travel.
Punctuality must be treated seriously. Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by the volunteer/guide/instructor. Misbehavior or arguments with volunteers/guide/instructors will be considered a disciplinary issue.
Any violation of disciplinary rules gives Trekomania Adventures the right to rusticate or terminate a participant’s participation. In such cases, the company is not liable for any further services, return tickets, or refunds.
Trekomania Adventures is not responsible for any internal disputes or quarrels among participants.
Prohibition & Restrictions
Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and abusive language are strictly prohibited. If anyone is found engaging in such activities, their participation will be terminated, and no further services, return tickets, or refunds will be provided.
Booking & Payments
Payments are accepted via our official website registration portal (www.thetrekomania.com) or by cash at our registered offices listed on the website.
Trekomania Adventures does not accept payments through third-party portals, agents, booking offices, or mobile applications.
For booking local camps or national tours, an advance of 50% is required. For national camps, you can register with a 30% advance. This advance is non-refundable.

The information provided on our website is final in case of any miscommunication or misinterpretation over the helplines.
Clients must pay extra charges for blackout dates (festivals/long weekends). Please consult the tour consultant for more details before booking.
Change of Schedule
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the schedule may change or be modified. Any extra accommodation, transport, or other related costs will be borne by the participants.
No refunds will be provided if the organization cancels or modifies a program due to an act of God or any unavoidable circumstances.
Once a booking is made, changes to hotels or vehicles depend on availability. Additional fees will apply for upgrades, and no refund will be provided if the upgrade does not meet preferences.
If a trek is canceled last minute due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., massive rains, earthquakes, landslides), no refund will be issued. Alternatives will be provided based on the situation.
Transportation
Transportation is managed based on seat availability. The firm will assist in seat adjustments, but we do not offer seating preferences or special services. In some local trips, seat numbers may be provided after booking.
Trekomania Adventures does not have control over the status of train tickets (waiting or RAC). We will inform participants of the status during booking.
No AC vehicles are provided during the camps or tours, especially when traveling uphill.
In case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural calamities, transport delays), the expenditure for extra accommodation or transport arrangements must be borne by the participants.
Accommodation & Food
Accommodation and sanitary facilities for boys and girls are separate.
Meal preferences are not entertained during tours or camps. Jain and Swaminarayan food is available at the campsite or hotels. Non-vegetarian food is not allowed at the campsite.
Food at the camps will be decided by Trekomania Adventures, and we are not responsible for any food-related complaints. The menu is pre-decided based on hygiene and health standards.
Participants are responsible for checking their accommodation (room/tent) before check-in/check-out. If any items are damaged, lost, or stolen, they will be held accountable for the cost.
Before boarding the vehicle, participants must check for any damages. If any damage is found later, the participant will be charged for the repairs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be sent via email to trekomaniaadventures@gmail.com.
Cancellations due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances will result in rescheduling or transferring the amount to future trips. If canceled by Trekomania Adventures for personal reasons, a full refund will be provided.
For refunds, transaction charges from payment gateways are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 12 working days directly into the bank account.
Cancellation charges:
Advance/Token payment is non-refundable.
35 to 40 days before departure: 90% refund.
Between 25 to 40 days of departure: 75% refund.
Between 15 to 25 days of departure: 50% refund.
Between 08 to 15 days of departure: 25% refund.
In last 07 days of departure: 10%
Privacy Policy
We require personal information (name, email address, phone number) during booking to communicate trip details. In rare cases, this information may be shared with tour guides.
We use secure methods to safeguard personal data. For promotional purposes, Trekomania Adventures may share your photos but not for commercial use.
All rights to the content on our website are reserved, and no content may be used for commercial purposes without permission.
Medical
Basic first aid is provided at all camps and treks.
In case of medical emergencies, we will contact the emergency contact provided by the participant. If unavailable, we will act based on available instructions.
Medical expenses for injuries or illnesses during the camp are the responsibility of the participant. Only first-aid services are provided by Trekomania Adventures.
Photography
Participants are not allowed to share photos or videos for commercial purposes without prior consent. Trekomania Adventures reserves the right to use your photos for promotional purposes.
Responsibilities of Luggage
Participants are responsible for their luggage. If any items are found during the event, they will be registered, but claims will require appropriate proof.
Adventure Activities & Trekking
Participants must carry their own luggage during treks. Porters or carriers are not provided unless arranged separately at the participant’s expense.
Trekomania Adventures is not responsible for any injury or accidents during activities. Participants should understand the risks involved and ensure they are medically fit for the trek.
Participants must follow trek rules and safety guidelines as instructed.
